How Does It Work

BOOK A PICK UP
Book a pick up date. We pick up in the mornings between 6:30 AM and 10:00AM. You do not need to be present for pick up. Just leave out your laudry on your door step or pre noted location by 630 AM. We will pick it up during our morning pick ups.

WHAT DO I PUT MY LAUNDRY IN
Welcome to our laundry service! For your first booking, please place your laundry in a tied up plastic bag. We'll take care of the rest! If you have any special instructions, leave them in your booking information or leave us a note with your laundry. We request you separate these items.

WE WASH, DRY AND FOLD
We will sort laundry into colors and whites. You can choose between unscented or our standard detergent and dryer sheets. We use cold water for garments, except for towels, sheets and whites. Please note that we do not check pockets or read garment labels. Your clothes will be dried on medium heat and folded neatly before being bagged.

CLEAN LAUNDRY RETURNED TO YOU
Your laundry will be weighed after laundering. We charge per pound of laundry and per item for large items. You will be sent an invoice for service with a link for payment once we have completed your laundry. Your laundry will be returned to the pick up location within 1 day turnaround with completed paided invoice. It will be returned in new clean plastic bag to keep it clean and dry.

Pricing and Service

Pricing is $1.50 per pound of laundry weighed dry after laundering for all clothing.

Large items are priced per item. See price list.

We do NOT offer dry cleaning services

There is a minimum service fee of 10 pounds of laundry
Billing and Payment

There is a missed pick up service charge of $15

There is minium charge of 10 lbs of laundry

When your order is complete you will be sent an invoice for payment. Your laundry will be sent out for delivery once payment is recieved.
Preparing for Pick Up

If it is your first order place you clothing in plastic bags (13 gallon kitchen garbage bag works well) at your arranged pick up

If you are a repeat customer place your provided mesh bag out for pick up.

What if I have more laundry than 1 mesh bag? That is ok. Place additonal items in plastic bags out with your mesh bag.

Have order ready for pick up by 7:00 AM.

Yes, we was your undergarments; if you wish to be descrete you can send in a mesh undergarment bag. Add a note you would like them to remain in the bag
